Parking Permit (Form not online)*

As per Ordinance #520, parking of a non-commercial vehicle 

on the street in Darby Township between the hours of 

3:00AM and 6:00AM (unless an exemption has been made) 

requires an overnight parking permit. 

As per Ordinance #689, an overnight parking permit costs $20.00.

To apply/renew, must present all current owner's 

cards to the Municipal Building.

*All parking permits expire December 31 of each year.

If a handicap parking sign is to be installed in front of your home

To apply, must also present a note from your doctor and a copy of either your handicapped license plate or placard.

Business Privilege License

Every business operating in any manner within the Township of Darby is required to obtain a Business Privilege License each and every year and to post that license in a visible location within your establishment.
