Emergency Declared in Darby Township Following Crozer Health Shutdown

Emergency Declared in Township of Darby as a result of the closure of Crozer Health System.

This declaration reflects the urgency of the situation and the need to have the plan in place to provide for the medical and emergency needs for our community.

We have began our planning with our Board of Commissioners, Emergency Management Coordinator, and Public Safety Director. We have also forwarded our declaration to Delaware County Emergency Management Coordinator who submitted our declaration to PEMA.  More information will be forthcoming in the near future.
